Ray Durand is a Retired Air Force Master Sergeant, serving as an Intelligence NCO, Information Manager and Traffic Management Specialist. Ray proudly served the United States Air Force for 24 years, being honorably discharged in 2000. After retiring from the Air Force, Ray became fully employed as a Senior Buyer with Danka Office Imaging in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Ray has been in the Staffing and Corporate Recruiting field since 2005. He has successfully secured and managed multiple contracts. Ray attends numerous job fairs throughout the country seeking highly talented military members, military veterans, and military spouses for our agency opening and four our client’s employment openings. Ray also conducts resume searches for talent on multiple nationwide online job boards, databases, and search engines. Ray attends several professional seminars throughout the year to keep his recruiting skills proficient and current.

Ray has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associates Degree from the Community College of the Air Force. He is married with two children. In his spare time he coaches and plays with a co-ed softball team and volunteers to assist in the community.
